Minku's Learning App ("we", "our", or "us") is an educational app designed for children aged 3–6. We are committed to protecting the privacy of children and their families.
2. Information We Collect
We do not collect any personal information from users. Specifically:
No name, email, or contact details collected
No location data collected
No photos, camera, or microphone access
No account registration required
No data shared with third parties
3. Children's Privacy (COPPA Compliance)
Our app is directed to children under 13. We fully comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The app works completely offline and requires no internet connection to function.
4. Data Storage
The only data stored is app progress (levels completed, content unlocked) which is saved locally on the device only. This data never leaves the device and is not accessible by us.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers optional in-app purchases to unlock additional learning content:
Purchases are processed securely through the Google Play Store. We do not collect or store your payment information.
All purchases must be made by parents or guardians. We encourage parents to manage in-app purchase settings on their device to prevent unintended purchases by children.
Refund requests should be submitted through Google Play.
6. Internet Usage
The App requires internet access only for the following optional features:
In-app purchases — to process and verify purchases via Google Play Billing.
YouTube button — an optional link that opens our educational YouTube channel externally in a browser. No YouTube data is collected within the App itself.
Core learning content (numbers, alphabet, colors, shapes, fruits, vegetables, body parts) works fully offline.
7. Advertising
Minku's Learning App contains no advertisements of any kind. We do not integrate any advertising SDKs or display ads to users.
8. Third-Party Services
The App uses the following third-party services, which have their own privacy policies:
